Our approach
We design and build with accessibility in mind. All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable. Color contrast meets WCAG AA ratios for body and heading text. Forms have programmatically associated labels. Images have descriptive alt text. We respect prefers-reduced-motion for any animation we add.
We audit the site against WCAG 2.1 AA on a regular cadence using automated tooling and manual screen reader testing. When we ship significant changes, we re-audit before merging to production.
Known limitations
Our 24/7 chat assistant is a third-party widget that renders inside its own shadow DOM. Its accessibility behavior is set by that vendor, not by this site, so the chat may have gaps the rest of the site does not. Any accessibility-blocking question can always reach a person at (407) 440-4545.
